• 由於地板材質限制，抱歉White Box 不建議穿著高跟鞋跳舞。如有損壞，需要徵收清潔費$500。

Due to the limitation of the floor texture, we don't recommend heels dance in White Box. If there is any damage, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.

包場及大型活動 : 價錢另議

派對附加費:
如於房間內飲食會按程度被徵收附加費$200起

商業拍攝
(包括電影,微電影,MV,廣告等將會以商業形式向公眾播放) : 如租用場地用作商業拍攝，任何時段均以黃金時段之時租1.5倍起計算, 最少收費兩小時, 包場另議

​儲物櫃租用:
大型: 3個月$450/ 1個月$180
小型: 3個月$300/ 1個月$120

暫存物資服務:
大型: 一紅白藍袋  (70cm X 60cm X 35cm)  每日$80 / 每月$400
小型: 半紅白藍袋  (35cm X 60cm X 35cm)  每日$80 / 每月$200

Booking for the entire studio & big scale event : Price is negotiable.

Party Fee:
Eating or Drinking inside the room will be charged for party from $200 up.

Commercial Filming:
(Movies, Short Films, MV, Commercials which will be broadcasted in social media) Any filming within the studio which is for commercial use, extra 50% of the rental fee will be charged base on golden hours. Minimum rental time is 2 hours.

Lockers rental:
Large Size: 3mths $450/ 1mth $180
Small Size:  3mths $300/ 1mth $120

Temporary Storage:
Large Size: (70cm X 60cm X 35cm) $30/day $400/month
mall Size: (35cm X 60cm X 35cm) $15/day $200/month
